Terms of Use

Effective 1 September 2026

Using Olli

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Olli is intended for household planning in Australia. You remain responsible for purchasing decisions, food storage, preparation and checking labels.

Food and allergy safety

Olli helps filter recipes using the information you provide, but retailer ingredients and manufacturing may change. Always check product labels, cross-contamination warnings, expiry, safe cooking temperatures and professional medical advice. Do not rely on Olli for emergency, medical or nutritional treatment decisions.

Prices and availability

Supermarket prices, specials, stock and delivery areas can vary by location and may change after data is collected. Savings are estimates based on available data, pantry information and the choices recorded in Olli; they are not guaranteed.

Memberships

Paid plans renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Trial and renewal terms are shown before payment. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. App-store subscriptions, when offered, are managed under the relevant store’s billing terms. Deleting an account cancels the linked Olli subscription before account removal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or resell protected Olli content, disrupt other users, or upload unlawful or harmful material. Retailer names and trademarks remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Olli reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent legally permitted, Olli is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on estimated prices, external retailer availability or user-entered information.

Account closure and changes

You may initiate deletion in More → Account & data. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in ways that threaten the service. Material term changes will be communicated before taking effect.
